Our Meta application

We operate a Meta (Facebook and Instagram) application named Son of Nature Publisher. We use it only to run our own accounts and advertising. Specifically, it allows us to:

publish our own posts, reels and stories to our own Facebook Page and Instagram account;
read the insights and comments on our own content;
create, manage and measure our own advertising;
keep our product catalogue in sync so our products can appear on Facebook and Instagram.

The application is used by us, for our own accounts. It is not offered to other people, it has no user accounts, and it does not ask anyone to log in. It does not collect personal information about visitors to this website beyond what is described below.

The Meta pixel on this website

We use the Meta pixel on son-of-nature.com. It records actions such as pages viewed, items added to the cart, checkouts started and purchases completed, together with device and browser information and your IP address. Where you have a Meta account, Meta may link that activity to it. We use this to measure whether our advertising works and to show ads to people likely to be interested.

You can limit this through your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences, your browser's cookie settings, and any tracking protection your device offers. If your local law gives you the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising, you may exercise it as described in our Privacy Policy.

Other services we use

We name these so you can see exactly who receives information and review their own privacy notices.

Shopify hosts this store and processes orders, payments and accounts.
Google provides analytics for how the site is used, and lists our products through the Google & YouTube sales channel.
Klaviyo stores and sends our email, including order notifications and, where you have opted in, marketing email.
Judge.me collects and displays product reviews and invites customers to review what they bought.
Gelato, Printful and Printify print and post our products. Every item is made to order, so your name, shipping address and order details are passed to whichever partner makes your piece. Without that, the item cannot be made.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not share it with anyone beyond the providers named here and in our Privacy Policy, except where the law requires it. We do not use the Meta application to access anyone's personal Facebook or Instagram data other than our own accounts.

Deleting your data

You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Email hello@son-of-nature.com with the address you used, and we will delete it and confirm, subject to any records we are legally required to keep, such as tax records for completed orders.

To remove data held by Meta about your own account, use the settings in your Facebook or Instagram account. To remove our pixel's record of your activity, use Meta's off-Facebook activity controls.
