Who we are
Son of Nature is a brand of wearable art and music based in Kaua'i, Hawaii. You can reach us any time at hello@son-of-nature.com.

Our products
Every item is printed to order. Colors may vary slightly between your screen and the finished garment, and small differences in print placement are a normal part of how each piece is made.

Orders and payment
Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers, and your order is confirmed once payment is received.

Shipping, returns and refunds
These are covered in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Giving
We commit to donating 5% of every sale to organizations that protect the planet and the communities who defend it. This is our own voluntary commitment.

Intellectual property
All artwork, designs, music, text and images on this site are the property of Son of Nature and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission. Use of our music is governed separately by our music usage terms.

Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could harm the site, our brand, or others.

Disclaimer and liability
This site and our products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Son of Nature is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States.
